This Grilled Shrimp Bowl is an easy meal that cooks up quickly. With simple but delicious flavors, it’s a great recipe for a fast and healthy dinner. Plus it’s gluten free, paleo, and Whole30 compatible.
Grilling shrimp is great because it’s quick, it’s easy, and shrimp goes with just about any veggie you can think of. Which makes this hands down one of my favorite shrimp recipes.
This bowl combines grilled zucchini and bell peppers with the seasoned shrimp, all of which cooks up in under 10 minutes. Pair it with cauliflower rice and top it with some fresh squeezed lime and slices of avocado for a full meal and you’ve got dinner on the table in about 30 minutes.
