4-Ingredient Chicken Marinade

This 4 ingredient chicken marinade is so easy to make and gives you juicy, flavorful chicken. Perfect for the grill or the oven, you can use it with chicken thighs or chicken breasts. Make the marinade ahead of time and keep it on hand during the week to have for family dinner!

Ingredients

  • 3 oz high heat oil like avocado oil
  • 4 oz coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp DC kosher salt

Instructions

  • Measure out each ingredient with either a measuring spoon or cup and place them into a medium bowl or a 12 ounce or larger container with a lid.
  • Either stir everything together with a whisk, or place the lid on the container and shake vigorously until everything is well combined.

Notes

  • This recipe makes enough marinade for between 2 and 2.5 pounds of chicken.
  • The marinade can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or be frozen in a freezer-safe container for several months. Be sure to thaw completely before marinating chicken with it.
