BEEF CHILI

Ingredients:  - Ground Beef  - Diced Onion  - Canned Diced Tomatoes  - Canned White Beans  - Canned Kidney Beans  - Canned Black Beans  - Spices (chili powder, kosher salt, cumin, black pepper, garlic powder)  - Toppings (shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado)

Rinse all three cans of beans in a colander and set aside to let drain.

Turn the Instant Pot on to Saute mode and brown the beef, then add in the onions and cook until translucent.

Add in the drained beans, diced tomatoes, and spices, then mix to combine.

Put the lid & set the knob to Seal. Cook on high for 20 minutes, releasing the steam when done.

WHAT LIQUID DO YOU PUT IN CHILI?

The only liquid is from the diced tomatoes, which is enough to cook everything together but not too much that it's runny.
