SPINACH AVOCADO

This Spinach Avocado Smoothie is the perfect recipe to get your fruit and veggies in. Made with almond milk and banana, it’s a delicious and easy addition to your breakfast or a perfect snack!

INGREDIENTS

1 banana 1/2 avocado 2 cups baby spinach 1 tbsp cashew butter (any nut butter will work) 3/4 c almond milk (or milk of your choice)

Place the banana, avocado, spinach, and nut butter in the blender.

Pour the almond milk into the blender with the other ingredients.

If you have an older blender, you may want to take a sharp knife & cut up the ingredients a bit in the blender container before blending.

Blend on high until all ingredients are well incorporated and a smooth consistency. Pour in a large glass & enjoy!
