This steak bowl is easy and quick to make at home—it only takes about 20 minutes! It can be made with freshly grilled flank steak (with a marinade or without) or leftover grilled steak. To build the dinner bowl, combine the grilled steak with your favorite classic burrito fillings, such as rice, shredded lettuce, salsa, and more!

¼cupcanned black beansrinsed and drained
¼cupshredded cheese
½cupshredded lettuce
¼cuppico de galloor salsa
1tablespoonguacamole
Instructions
Start with the flank steak - you can eat it cold or place it in a microwavable bowl and heat it in 30 second increments until it's warmed to your liking.
Take out your other ingredients and start placing them in the bowl with the flank steak. Either place the largest component on the bottom (like the rice), then pile everything on top, or place everything in separate spots in the bowl. Enjoy!
