Ingredients

  • 1 large apple gala or other
  • 6 ounces broccoli slaw mix
  • 2-3 tbsp coleslaw dressing

Instructions

Items Needed:

  • A sharp knife
  • A cutting board
  • A large bowl
  • A measuring spoon
  • A spoon (for mixing)

Directions:

  • Wash and quarter a large apple using a sharp knife and cutting board, cutting the seeds and core off each piece.
  • Next julienne (thinly slice into matchsticks) each quarter of apple. You can do this by turning the apple quarter on its side and making two cuts (carefully) to make three wide and flat pieces, then chopping those up into thin slices.
  • Take out a large bowl and dump the broccoli slaw mix into it. Add in the chopped apple and 2 tablespoons of coleslaw dressing. Stir it up with a spoon to combine and serve.
