BRUSSELS SPROUTS

This roasted Brussels sprout recipe is super easy with just 4 ingredients. A perfect side dish for a weeknight meal!

Ingredients: 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts 1.5 tbsp oil 3/4 tsp kosher salt 3 tbsp maple syrup

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Wash the Brussels sprouts in water and dry them off with a towel.

Cut the bottom end off each sprout. Cut each one in half and remove any leaves that fall off. Place the halves in a bowl.

Pour the oil and sprinkle the kosher salt over the sprouts and mix them together to coat.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread the sprouts in an even layer, face down. Bake for 20 mins.

Pull the pan out & mix the sprouts up. Cook another 10 mins. Pull them out again & add maple syrup. Mix and bake another 10 mins.

Remove the pan from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes, then serve!
