HOW TO MAKE

Sweet Potato Burger Sliders

Perfect for Game Days!

These Sweet Potato Sliders are the perfect food for a crowd. Made with sweet potato buns and a beef patty covered in guacamole & ranch dressing, they're super tasty and a great game-day recipe!

For the Sweet Potato Buns: – 1 lb sweet potato 1 medium to large size – 1 tbsp avocado oil – 1/4 tsp kosher salt For the Hamburger Patties: – 1 lb ground beef – 1/4 tsp garlic powder – 1/4 tsp dried minced onion – 1/2 tsp kosher salt – 1/4 tsp ground black pepper – 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos – 1/2 tsp fish sauce For the Toppings: – 1 cup guacamole – 1 tomato sliced – 3 tbsp ranch dressing

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the potato into 1/4 inch thick pieces using a sharp knife.

01

Put parchment paper on the pan & place slices on top. Add oil & salt and rub both sides of the slices to coat. Cook for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.

02

While the sweet potatoes are cooking, get a skillet out & place on the stove over medium heat to warm. Combine burger ingredients in a bowl & mix together with your hands.

03

Divide the meat into six sections and make each section into a small patty with your hands.

04

Place the patties in the hot skillet, making a small indentation in the middle of each patty to help it keep it's shape.

05

Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on the first side, then another 3 to 4 minutes on the second side.

06

Once the patties have reached an internal temperature of 165F, place them on a paper towel-lined plate to help drain off the grease.

07

Assemble the sliders by sandwiching the patty, sliced tomato, guacamole, & ranch between two potato slices. Serve & enjoy!
