INGREDIENTS

– 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) – 1/3 cup honey – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Place the butter in a large bowl. Soften it by microwaving it for about 10 seconds, then see if it's soft to the touch. If not, microwave for 5 more seconds. Be careful not to melt it.

Measure out the honey and vanilla extract and add it to the bowl as well.

Whip the ingredients with a hand mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes, until the ingredients come together.

Place in a small dish and drizzle with additional honey if desired, then serve!
