INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef ½ tsp kosher salt ¼ tsp ground black pepper ¼ cup coconut aminos ¼ cup beef broth 1 tbsp orange juice ½ tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sesame oil ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp ground ginger ⅛ tsp chili pepper flakes 9 ounces broccoli florets, about the same size

Cook the ground beef in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add kosher salt & ground black pepper & cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

While the ground beef is cooking, add all the other ingredients (except for the broccoli) into a measuring cup. Stir to combine.

Add the broccoli & sauce to the pan with the beef, then cover & cook for 5 minutes. Stir, then cook another 3-5 minutes.

Remove the stir fry from pan and with rice, cauliflower rice, or other veggies. Enjoy!

Should I blanch broccoli before stir fry?

It's not necessary to blanch broccoli before putting it in a stir fry. This stir fry cooks with a lid over the pan to help steam the broccoli.
