Taco Ingredients: 20 oz raw shrimp 1 tbsp oil 1 head lettuce Spices (kosher salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, & cumin) 12 oz sliced cabbage 1/4 cup coleslaw dressing

Sauce Ingredients: 1/2 c mayo 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder

First make the smoky sauce. Combine the ingredients in a blender or food processor to mix together. Set aside.

Prep the shrimp by drying them off in a bowl with paper towels. Throw away the paper towels once done.

Add taco spices in a bowl, then sprinkle over shrimp. Add in the oil & mix with fingers to fully coat the shrimp.

Stick the seasoned shrimp on 12-inch metal skewers. You should be able to fit 7-8 shrimp on a skewer, depending on size.

Preheat your grill to 350F then add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are opaque.

Remove shrimp from the grill & set aside. Make the coleslaw by mixing the cabbage with the dressing.

Make the tacos by adding shrimp then coleslaw to a lettuce leaf. Drizzle smoky sauce on top and enjoy!
