GRILLED SHRIMP

SIMPLE & FLAVORFUL!

Ingredients:  - Kosher salt  - Smoked paprika  - Garlic powder  - Ground cumin  - Ground black pepper  - Oil  - Large raw shrimp

Combine the spices in a bowl and set aside. Then dry off the shrimp with paper towels to help the seasoning stick.

Sprinkle the seasoning over the shrimp, followed by the oil. Use your fingers to make sure the shrimp is fully coated.

Push the shrimp onto metal skewers, keeping between 5-6 shrimp per skewer depending on size.

Heat the grill to 350F and place the skewers on it. Cook for 2 minutes per side until they reach an internal temp of 145F.

Garnish with lime and/or chopped parsley or cilantro, if desired, then serve!

SHOULD I DEVEIN SHRIMP BEFORE GRILLING?

If you don't devein your shrimp they could taste gritty. I suggest deveining them before grilling.
