WITH GROUND BEEF & CABBAGE

This simple stir fry makes for a great weeknight meal. With just 6 ingredients, it's an easy way to get dinner on the table!

Ingredients: 1.33 lbs ground beef 1 tsp kosher salt 6.5 oz shiitake mushrooms 1/2 yellow onion 1 tbsp curry powder 1/2 small head of cabbage

Place the ground beef in a large pan over medium heat. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp kosher salt on top & cook until browned.

While the beef is cooking, dice the onions and slice the mushrooms.

Add both to the pan with the beef, add another 1/4 tsp kosher salt, and cook for 5 minutes.

Prep the cabbage by cutting the stem off at the bottom, chopping it in half, & removing the core. Slice it into thin strips.

Add the cabbage & 1/2 tsp kosher salt to the pan, stir to combine, then cover & cook for 5-7 minutes.

Remove the lid and see if the cabbage is done to your liking. Taste & add more kosher salt as needed.

Serve this dish with rice, cauliflower rice, or just eat it on its own!
