CHILI RECIPE

IN THE SLOW COOKER

Ingredients:  - Ground Beef  - Diced Onion  - Canned Diced Tomatoes  - Canned Green Chiles  - Canned Beans (white, black, and kidney beans)  - Spices (chili powder, kosher salt, cumin, black pepper, garlic powder)  - Toppings (shredded cheese, sour cream, & avocado)

Cook the ground beef in a pan on the stove until browned. Drain off excess fat.

While beef is cooking, rinse canned beans in a colander and set aside to let drain.

Get out a slow cooker and pour in the canned tomatoes and green chiles.

Add the diced onion, drained beans, beef, & spices to the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

Scoop into bowls or cups and serve with cheese, sour cream & other fixings!
