INGREDIENTS

– 1 bag white chocolate chips (11.5-12 ounces) – 1/2 cup small bits of peppermint candy crunch (or smashed candy canes)

Place chocolate in a large bowl & microwave for 45 seconds. Take it out & stir, then microwave twice more for 30 seconds each, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, then spread the melted chocolate into an even layer over the parchment, roughly 1/4 inch thick.

Immediately sprinkle the peppermint bits into an even layer over the chocolate.

Fill in any holes with additional peppermint bits as needed.

Place the sheet pan with the bark on it in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes, until it is fully hardened.

Break the bark into pieces, then store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!

How long does peppermint bark keep?
