DEVILED EGGS

RECIPE

Ingredients:  - Eggs  - Mustard  - Kosher Salt  - Mayonnaise  - Lemon Juice  - Paprika (garnish)  - Dill Fronds (garnish)

Pour a cup of water into the Instant Pot. Place a colander inside with the eggs in it.

Plug the Instant Pot in and put the lid on. Set the valve to Sealing, then hit the Manual button and set the timer for 7 minutes on high.

When the timer goes off, turn the valve to venting, remove the eggs, and place them in a bowl with water and ice to cool.

Peel the eggs and cut them in half length-wise. Pop out all the yolks and put them in a bowl. Set whites aside.

Smash the yolks and put in the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and kosher salt. Mash together and whip to smooth.

Spoon the mixture into a plastic bag with the tip cut off, then pipe into the empty egg whites. Add garnish and serve.

CAN YOU MAKE DEVILED EGGS IN ADVANCE?

Yes! Hard boil the eggs then put them in the fridge. Take them out & peel & prep them before serving.
