TURKEY MEATBALLS

WITH ZUCCHINI NOODLES

Ingredients:  - Ground Turkey  - Egg  - Almond Flour  - Kosher Salt  - Garlic Powder  - Italian Seasoning  - Onion Powder  - Zucchini  - Marinara Sauce

Combine everything but the zucchini & marinara in a large bowl until well mixed. Separate in 4 sections to make it easier to make the meatballs.

Separate each section into smaller, 1-inch balls with your hands, adding them onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.

While the meatballs are baking, prep your zucchini noodles! Spiralize then place in a towel to help get some of the moisture out.

Combine the zoodles in a pan with the cooked meatballs & marinara. Heat to warm then serve!

WHAT INGREDIENTS HOLD MEATBALLS TOGETHER?

The almond flour and egg act as a binder for the meatballs.
